Terms of Use
Last updated: April 1, 2026
1. Who provides the service
The RUTT app and website are provided by G42 Sp. z o.o., Krośnieńska 5/12, 35-505 Rzeszów, Poland.
For service-related matters, contact support@rutt.app.
2. What RUTT is
RUTT is a tool that helps riders manage their garage, log engine hours, plan service, browse parts, and review tire recommendations for off-road motorcycles.
The app is a utility and organizational tool. It does not replace a technical inspection, mechanical diagnosis, or manufacturer guidance for a motorcycle, part, or tire.
3. Acceptance of the terms
By using RUTT, you accept these terms to the extent they apply to the website, the app, and related services.
If you do not accept these terms, do not use the website or the app.
4. User account
- accounts are created using an email address and password,
- you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account,
- you should provide accurate and up-to-date data needed for the service to function,
- you must not share your account with third parties or use an account you are not authorized to access.
5. Acceptable use
You may use RUTT only in compliance with law and these terms.
- you must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security, or gain unauthorized access to data, systems, or other users' accounts,
- you must not use the service to publish or store unlawful, abusive, or rights-infringing content,
- you must not use the service in a way that could harm infrastructure, data integrity, or system availability.
6. User data and content
You retain rights to the data you enter into RUTT, including motorcycle information, engine hours, service history, and your own notes.
You grant us the limited rights necessary to technically store, process, and display that data only for the purpose of operating the service.
7. Service, parts, and recommendations
Schedules, service prompts, and recommendations shown in RUTT are provided as guidance only. The user should always assess their suitability for their own motorcycle, riding style, and conditions.
Final responsibility for motorcycle condition, parts selection, tire selection, and riding safety remains with the user.
8. Availability and changes
We may develop, update, limit, or temporarily suspend all or part of the service when necessary for technical, security, maintenance, or legal reasons.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service at all times or without any errors.
9. Account deletion and termination
You may stop using RUTT at any time. The app provides a self-serve account deletion feature.
We may restrict or terminate access to the service in the event of a legal breach, violation of these terms, or risk to system security.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RUTT is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data, or consequences of decisions made solely on the basis of information displayed in the app, unless liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
11. Intellectual property
Elements of RUTT, including the name, visual identity, interface layout, code, graphics, and materials, are protected by law and may not be copied, distributed, or used beyond the permitted scope without our consent.
12. Governing law and contact
The use of the service is governed by Polish law, subject to consumer rights that apply under mandatory law.
For matters related to these terms, contact us at support@rutt.app.
If the service model, feature scope, or the way RUTT is used changes, these terms may be updated.
